All orders placed MONDAY-FRIDAY will be processed & shipped within *3-7 business days*. After processing, please allow 1 business day for tracking number to be updated. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

REFUNDS

Only defective items are eligible for refunds. If your item is damaged when received, please email w3irdogang@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item for review. We will determine whether or not your item will be approved for a refund.
